What is the Workspaces Widget Framework?

The Workspaces Widget Framework is a feature that extends the customization capabilities of Avaya Workspaces.

By using this feature contact centers will be able to:

• customize the layout and behavior of Workspaces for an entire contact center.
• have access to a Widget API so that developers can create custom widgets that can be configured and deployed in workspaces.

Both of these features combined enable contact centers and Avaya customers to customize Workspaces to their business needs.

You must be an Avaya Experience Platform™ customer with Workspaces enabled

In order to test with the Widget Framework, you must be an Avaya Experience Platform™ customer with Workspaces enabled on your account. If you are not currently or lost your Workspaces credentials, please contact your Avaya representative.
