What is the Avaya Experience Platform™ Account ID?

The Avaya Experience Platform™ Account ID is what identifies your Account (Tenant) of Avaya Experience Platform™. This Account ID is required for using any of the Avaya Experience Platform™ public APIs.

How to copy the Avaya Experience Platform™ Account ID?

To copy the Avaya Experience Platform™ Account ID you will need to do the following:

1. Sign in to Avaya Experience Platform™ Administration with an Account (Tenant) Administrator User
2. Navigate to "Accounts" in Administration
3. Copy and save your Account (Tenant) ID by navigating to "Accounts" and clicking the "More" button next to the highest level in your Account hierarchy and from the dropdown, click on the "Copy Account Id" option.
