This repository provides details for the Avaya Infinity™ Agent SDK, which is a library that provides APIs to integrate Avaya Infinity™ contact center agent functionalities into the client application of your choice.

Agent SDK

The Agent SDK provides the functionality to establish a session with the Avaya Infinity™ platform, authenticate an agent through the configured Identity Provider, and manage contact center interactions. It exposes a typed API surface of methods, events, and error codes so you can build your own agent experience on top of it.

Agent SDK Demo Application

To help you get started, a fully functional demo application is provided as a reference. It is a React based agent client that exercises the Agent SDK end to end and serves as a working example of how to integrate the SDK into your own application.
