Get Phone Number Details by phone numbers

This API requires the Account Administrator role.

It will accept list of phone numbers and return list of phone number objects.

The unique 6 character internal id that represents the customer account

filter can be passed to specify accountId. This can be used in the case where system admin persona will use this api with * as accountId for URI Parameter and want to query phone number from a specific Tenant.
