What is Messaging

Messaging is an Avaya provided channel through Avaya Experience Platform™ that supports many out of the box features like messaging history, asynchronous communication, rich media, and much more!

Which Messaging channels are supported?

Web Messenger SDK
Android SDK
iOS SDK

Developers can get started integrating these channels by downloading the Avaya Digital Connection Messaging SDKs from DevConnect here

What About Private Social Messaging Channels?

Avaya Experience Platform™ Digital Messaging is planning to support the likes of WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Twitter DMs, and others soon!
