What is Messaging

Messaging is an Avaya provided channel through Avaya Experience Platform™ that supports many out of the box features like messaging history, asynchronous communication, rich media, and much more!

Which Messaging channels are supported?

Developers can get started integrating these channels by downloading the Avaya Digital Connection Messaging SDKs from DevConnect here

What About Private Social Messaging Channels?
