I'm trying to validate the callback mechanism in a self-service flow. The issue is that the Offer Callback? task always takes the No path.

Is there any documentation regarding the Orchestration Designer and Workstream Automation for AXP API integration?

I am trying to set up a SIP transfer to an external system. The ReDirectToExternal node was not covered in the video learning series and in the "help" option in the orchestration designer (circle with a ?) leads to a dialog box; where clicking the "Documentation Center" option gets a page not found response.
