I am trying to set up a SIP transfer to an external system. The ReDirectToExternal node was not covered in the video learning series and in the "help" option in the orchestration designer (circle with a ?) leads to a dialog box; where clicking the "Documentation Center" option gets a page not found response.

Is there any additional logging available to determine what the issue might be over the Instance Output result containing: detail: "The outgoing call could not be completed as dialed. Please contact your System Administrator."
