Retrieve/View Customer Input details & Store in External Database
I'm wondering if agent can retrieve/view the input of customer on their agent workspace/screenpops after a customer enter their card number/national ID/others during VOICE call? Besides, is there any alternative ways to store the customer input information on external database instead of AXP cloud database?
