Custom Messaging API
The Custom Messaging API has been enhanced with new capabilities and comprehensive documentation. This update provides expanded functionality for integrating third-party messaging platforms with Avaya Infinity, including new endpoints for file attachments and conversation session management.
What's New:
- The Send Message endpoint has been updated to remove the accountID from the path
- Enhanced developer guide with architecture diagrams, best practices, and troubleshooting
- Separated SMS-specific documentation for text messaging integrations
- New endpoint for ending conversation sessions
- New endpoints for generating signed upload and download URIs for file attachments
- New API Reference landing page for easier reference and distribution
