Queue Metrics API

The Query Queue Metrics API documentation has been updated to correct the valid values for the commType parameter, ensuring alignment with system behavior.

What's Changed:

  • Corrected commType values: Replaced voice with phone in the list of valid communication channels. The valid values are now correctly documented as phone, chat, email, and messaging.
  • Updated Examples: All request and response examples in the API reference have been updated to use "phone" instead of "voice" to reflect accurate system responses.
  • Updated Guide Documentation: The integration patterns, code snippets, and parameter tables in the developer guide have been updated to use the correct phone value.

This update resolves discrepancies where developers were receiving incorrect results when querying voice queues using the legacy voice parameter.
