How to stop specific snmp trap e-mail messages

Hello, I have an Avaya Aura 8.1 system at our site and I'm trying to make some adjustments to the system since the predicessor left and I took over.

We are getting what I believe is a high volume of snmp trap e-mail messages on one specific event. We are getting thousands of them a day.

I believe the event is generated from our Communication Manager (CM) however I'm understanding that the configuration for the e-mail trap message is configured on the System manager (SMGR).

simply looking for where I would go to turn off the following message:
