3rd party Voice bot integration

Hello,

For customers who want to integrate 3rd party voice bot, can customer themselves or Business Partner do this integration?

It seems there's no 3rd party voice bot API opened for the integration this site. then, APS (ACES) is mandatory for 3rd party voice bot integration?
