How to Integrate Custom Webhooks with Avaya Cloud to Trigger Specific Workflows?

I’m currently working on a project where I need to integrate custom webhooks into my Avaya Cloud setup in order to trigger specific workflows based on certain actions or events (e.g., when a new support ticket is created or when a customer reaches a certain status in our CRM).
I understand that Avaya Cloud has built-in automation features, but I’m looking for guidance on how to use custom webhooks to communicate with external systems and trigger workflows beyond what’s available in the native automation options.
Specifically, I’m looking to achieve the following:
