Analytics Historical API

  • Added the new Report AgentLoginLogout to the Analytics Historical API.
    • This report represents historical data at Agent level for each agent login/logout.
    • It can now be seen in the List of Report Names.

Built-in Chat (Chat SDK)

  • Initial release of the Built-in Chat (Chat SDK) is now available.
    • The Chat SDK which allows your client application to access the built-in chat capabilities.
    • This is a direct client side integration where your client application will be interacting with Avaya OneCloud CCaaS Digital by embedding the provided Chat SDK.
  • The Chat SDK Introduction section explains the steps required to achieve this integration in detail.
